Ask-the-Naturopath
You have a cold coming on and want to stop it quickly. Your husband has a horrible headache that has lasted the whole day. Your toddler is very fussy and you cannot get her to settle down. You have vaccine questions.
Sometimes we need quick, specific help. Our Ask the Naturopath Over-the Phone Urgent Care is a great option for acute conditions including colds, coughs, flu, urinary tract infections, headaches, and much more. Although usually best for existing clients, this may be used for first-time clients as well when necessary.
What to expect
I will ask a several questions. Examples of my questions are:
- How did this come on? (Slowly or suddenly.)
- How long has this been going on?
- What is the pain like? (Sharp, stabbing, throbbing, burning, dull ache, etc.)
- Are you thirsty? If so, for hot or cold things?
- Does anything make it worse?
- Does anything make it better?
- What color is the mucus?
- Is it worse at a specific time or after some activity?
- Is it worse on a specific side?
Additionally, I may ask you to text me pictures of eyes, tongue, face, etc. to help in offering you the best suggestion.
Fees
These sessions typically last 20 – 30 minutes and cost $40.
