What is your Dosha?

Ayurvedic medicine has a history based in the Himalayan Mountains of India for over five thousand years.  The base of the word Ayurveda comes from two Sanskrit words: ayus meaning "life" and veda meaning "knowledge."

In Ayureveda, there are 3 major body/physiological types  known as Doshas.  These are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
