We are inundated with poisons.  It is impossible to avoid the damage we are doing to mother earth.  From genetically modified foods, sugar, antibiotics, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, contaminated water, environmental toxins, heavy metals, carcinogenic-chemical laden cleaners and personal-care products, preservatives, industrial waste, electromagnetic radiation, and more…  It is overwhelming to just think about the toxins we knowingly and unknowingly expose ourselves to every day.  Imagine how your body feels being bombarded by everything!

This is why cleansing is so important.  It allows you to help your body release the junk it has accumulated.  These toxins are stored in our very cells throughout our bodies.  They create a myriad of dis-eases.

We simply do not live in a world where we can get away with NOT cleansing.  Cleansing doesn’t just help us to prevent sickness, it can truly help us become well.  While our bodies are able to cleanse themselves, they are simply overloaded!  It makes sense since even listing everything we are poisoning the environment is overwhelming.

Cleansing is necessary for a healthy body.  This means cleansing is often an essential, missing key for true, long-term weight loss or weight gain.
But doesn’t your body clear toxins by itself?  Yes, but it isn’t 100% efficient.  This is especially true when there is an overabundance of toxins present.
Toxins are stored in the fat cells.  They help to protect the rest of the body from the poisons.  However, the more toxins you accumulate, the more fat you need to act as a buffer.
Did you know you don’t necessarily lose those toxins just by losing weight?  It is sadly true.  The toxins stored in the fat aren’t necessarily shed with the fat.  So you may be smaller, but now the toxins are more concentrated in a smaller area meaning your toxic load is higher.  Yikes!  The body can even go into survival mode increasing the likelihood you will regain that weight and more to protect it again with more fat. 
Cleansing and building the body are the only ways to truly get rid of the toxins causing our weight to not be able to normalize.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there options for the cleanse?

Yes!  There are three options, in fact.

Option 1: The 3 to 6 Day Cleansing by Building Diet/Fast

A great cleanse for beginners or those looking for a truly gentle way to start cleansing the body!  During this cleanse, you will eat nutrient-rich foods for 3 to 6 days.

Option 2: The 4 or 8 Day Seneca Indian Diet/Fast 

Another favorite for beginners.  This is a true “fast” because you are doing very limited foods on specific days.  Each day focuses on a different vector of cleansing and nourishment for the body.  It keeps the days interesting!  If you choose to do the 8 days, you double the 4-day option.
Option 3: The 10 Day Master Cleanse 
A 10-day mono liquid diet.  This is for those seeking a deeper cleanse.  Although it is more of a commitment, beginners can choose this cleanse as well for exceptional results.

What happens if I miss a class?

No worries!  Every class will be recorded.  This way, you can watch and rewatch at your convenience.

When will the Cleanse Together start?

The Cleanse Together start date for Fall 2021 is Wednesday October 6th which is a new moon.  If that doesn’t work with your life, you are welcome to choose another date!

When do I need to sign up by?

Live classes begin on April 24th.

Doors will close on April 23, 2022 for this season’s Cleansing Circle.

However, the best time to sign up is as soon as you feel drawn to it.  It is simply too easy to let your fears get in the way of making the commitment.  Don’t self-sabotage, sign up when you are ready.  There is no perfect time to cleanse.  When the time is right for you, you will make it work.

Are there times that are better to cleanse?

Yes!  The fall and spring are the best seasons for cleansing.  Also, cleansing with the moon cycles (starting on a new or full moon) is another way to supercharge your cleanse.  It is why the Cleansing Circle runs in the spring and the fall.
